Outdoor Activities
DivingKas is not only one of the most picturesque towns along the southern coast of Turkey - it is also a paradise for diving and snorkelling. A fascinating underwater world awaits divers, with seagrass beds, fields of amphorae and growing rock formations. Divers will find small caverns with incoming fresh water channels, a wooden shipwreck at 22 metres of depth, amphorae, triggerfish, monkfish, grouper and schools of seriola, as well as lumpsuckers and octopus. In the sea in the immediate vicinity of Kas there is also a marble shark carved by an underwater sculptor and an aeroplane wreck. Plus all the new diving areas… The area around Kas is one of the most attractive diving areas in the Mediterranean. We collaborate with several long-established and renowned diving schools in this region. more |
Mountain bike rental from and to KasThe Lycian coast is still a relatively unknown section of coast that until now has been a paradise enjoyed only by hikers and divers. |
TrekkingThe first things that come to mind when you think of a holiday in Turkey are sun, sea and water sports. But that's only part of the story of this country. Turkey also offers wonderful walks with stunning views, the majority of which are still completely unknown. We have chosen Lycia for you, which is certainly one of the most spectacular walking destinations. The ideal time to go is from February to June and from mid-September to the end of November. more |
ParaglidingHere the dream of flight becomes a reality. The tandem flights begin at about 1000 metres of altitude; you will experience Kas and the peninsula from a bird’s eye perspective - it is simply divine. Well-trained pilots show you the ropes and you will be given a helmet and suit for your flight. Wind and weather conditions are checked before every flight and pilots are equipped with a radio and rescue chute. more |
Sea KayakingThe Kekova peninsula is a wonderful destination and features the towns of Ücagiz and Kale. The ruins of a former city that sunk into the sea as a result of an earthquake can be seen beneath the waves. Swimming and diving are prohibited in this area. Our sea kayaks, however, give you the opportunity to paddle directly to the ruins and view amphorae, ruined walls and steps at your leisure. In Kale Köyü, we go ashore and climb up to the ruin of a small fort from which there is a beautiful view of the entire bay. more |
